Shipping & Returns

SportsPlayer.net is committed to its customers and will do its best to always ensure high-quality shipping transactions. Because SportsPlayer.net works with many supplier partners, delivery time and shipment availability may vary from one product to the next. However, the vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground within 3-5 business days of ORDER PROCESSING. Please allow up to 7-10 days to ship orders involving apparel merchandise. The Delivery Address CANNOT be a Post Office Box or Military APO, FPO, or AE.

If you desire to ship an item outside the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii), please contact us in advance to confirm accurate shipping costs. Some items within our store are directly imported from our overseas warehouses. In these cases, we may require Express Air delivery services only. Also, some items are hand-crafted and require 2-6 weeks for production time. If you have any questions regarding shipping restrictions and product availability limitations, please refer to the product listing page for your interested item.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE
For most merchandise, items are warrantied by the manufacturer for a minimum of 1 year. Exceptions to this include fine art, autographed memorabilia, rare memorabilia, crafts, cutomized items and handmade merchandise. Products are the responsibility of the manufacturer of those items and are covered by the warranties offered by such manufacturers.

If you wish to submit a Returned Merchandise claim, please contact us at orders@sportsplayer.net directly for instructions. All non-product related fees (i.e. shipping and handling, etc) are not refundable. SportsPlayer.net stands by the quality and craftmanship of all displayed merchandise. We will work with you to the best of our ability regarding any merchandise returns and/or shipping concerns.
