Ray Bourque, a 12-time NHL First Team selection, was one of the greatest defensemen the league has ever produced. A powerful, 220-pounder, Bourque could take a hit, dish one out and score, seemingly all at the same time. Five times he was the recipient of the Norris Trophy, which goes to the league's top defenseman, while a member of the Boston Bruins. He played a total of 21 seasons in Boston, but won his only Stanley Cup in 2001 during his first full season with the Colorado Avalanche. He retired that year as the league's all-time leader in points and assists tallied by a defenseman. In fact, when he hung up his skates, No. 77 was ranked eighth overall in scoring (1,579 points) and third all-time in games played (1,612). His induction to the Hockey Hall of Fame is a foregone conclusion. Honor Bourque with this framed NHL Retired Jersey Numbers piece, which showcases him along with 6'' replica jersey numbers of his uniform No. 77 with the Bruins. The item, which measures 21'' wide x 16'' high, is framed with high quality black molding. Limited to 250.
