In the 1960s, L.A. Dodgers right-hander Don Drysdale teamed with Sandy Koufax to make up one of the most dominating pitching tandems in MLB history. A hard-throwing side-armer, Drysdale often used brushback pitches to intimidate batters. He won 25 games in 1962 and the N.L. Cy Young Award. In '68, he set a league record with 58 consecutive scoreless innings that was eclipsed by another Dodger ace, Orel Hershiser, 20 seasons later. Drysdale finished his career with 209 wins, 49 shutouts and eight All-Star Game appearances. Upper Deck honors Drysdale's legacy with this Legendary Jersey Numbers Collectible that showcases 6'' replica jersey numbers of his Dodgers uniform No. 53. The item measures 21''' wide by 16'' high. Limited to 250.
